FINAL REMINDER: Last Day to Register for the 2023 NC Summer Camp
The last day to register for the 2023 North Carolina Summer Camp is Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at 5 pm EST.
Please use the following link to get to the registration/reservation forms:

Follow the directions and make sure you complete all of the forms as requested. There should be a “submit” button at the end of the process. This ensures that your reservation information is stored. Then proceed to payment. The cost for the camp is $25 US/day/person not to exceed $600 USD for a family for the entire week. Once you have made your payment you will receive a receipt notification which will act as confirmation of your reservations. If for any reason the system did not prompt you with a “submit” button during the registration process but you did receive a receipt then your reservation has been successfully saved.
If after you have originally submitted your registration forms you discover that you need to make a change you cannot go back into your forms. To make any changes please contact Caraway Conference Center at: skohns@caraway.org and provide an explanation of the changes you need to make.
If after you have originally submitted your registration forms you find that there are other family members that will be able to attend, simply go back online and register the additional family members just like you did with your original registration. There should be a “Notes” section in one of the forms where you can identify yourself as having already registered but adding additional attendees. (Note that you will not be able to go back to your original forms as the new software automatically removes the forms after the registration process is complete. This is done for your privacy and safety).
If for any reason you are unable to successfully register online, you may call Sheri Kohns at Caraway Conference Center at the following number between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm Monday - Friday to make your reservations: (336) 521-9202. If no one answers just leave a message.
Please note the following changes to previous registrations and camp stays:
NC Summer Camp – Daily Schedule
Flight arrangements can be made into GSO (Greensboro, NC). GSO is served by American, Allegiant, Delta and United. If you require pick-up at the airport, please provide your flight schedule. We will need to know your flight information including the number of people travelling, arrival/departure times, airline and a cell number we can reach you. Please also advise of any travel delays on the day of your departure. You may provide your flight information to Keith Hurley at keithhurley1974@gmail.com or (336) 294-2607) or by contacting Dave Heath at (336) 841-0607.
Train service is also available through the main train station in Greensboro via Amtrak and NC Trains. Amtrak services multiple destinations from Greensboro while NC Trains provides service within North Carolina along a line from Charlotte to Raleigh.
Bus service is also available into Greensboro. Contact Greyhound for more information.

- Mandatory room check out including removal of all belongings is 10:00 am on July 22, 2023.
- There is a $35 charge per person for any cancellations
- A payment is required to ensure your registration
NC Summer Camp – Daily Schedule
- 7:00 am - 8:00 am: Breakfast
- 9:30 am: Meeting for Worship (Hollifield Hall - directly across from the Conference Center)
- 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Lunch
- 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm: Meetings for Children/Young People/Young Adults
- 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Free and Organized Recreation Time (more info available at check-in)
- 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Dinner
- 7:30 pm: Meeting for Worship (Hollifield Hall – directly across from the Conference Center)
- 10:00 pm – 11:00 pm: Refreshments in the dining room (ground floor of the Conference Center Hotel)
- 11:30 pm: Curfew – Be in your room
- Midnight: Lights Out!
