Camp fees are in US dollars
Adult (13 and up) - $150 per person
Children (4 to 12) - $75 per person
3 and under - Free
Family rate - $375.00 per family

The fees for this camp account for approximately 1/3 the actual cost per person.

Please discuss with your local elders if you would like to attend.
Local assemblies are welcome to subsidize the full cost for their members but this is not mandatory.

Rooms Are Booked On A  First Come, First Served Basis.
Please register early as we have limited space in this resort.
Once the rooms are filled you will have to arrange other accommodations in the area at your own expense.

Special Diets
For those with specific or special dietary needs, we request that you supply your own food.

Salt Lake City is the nearest major airport:
Bear Lake is approximately a 2h15m drive (130 miles) from the airport.
Please arrange your own transportation to and from the airport.

You are responsible for your own medical treatment and expenses if required.
We will NOT have any medical personnel available to assist you.

All attendees are asked to use common sense by not attending if you are sick.
Please use whatever sickness prevention practices you are personally comfortable with.

Statement of Acknowledgment and Consent for Attendees and Parents/Guardians

1. Parents or guardians submitting this application must have legal custody of any attending children.  

2. While every effort is made to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees, including children, Global Missions staff, volunteers, and any external facility personnel are released from liability in the event of illness, accident, or other unforeseen incidents.  

3. All attendees, including children, are required to have valid medical insurance coverage. By consenting to this agreement, attendees and parents/guardians authorize Global Missions staff and/or volunteers to approve and obtain necessary medical attention if a parent, guardian, or responsible party is unavailable. Any resulting medical expenses will be the responsibility of the attendee, parent, or guardian.  

4. If children are in attendance, I grant permission for Global Missions staff or volunteers to take them off-site if required for activities.  

5. I also consent to the use of photographs taken during activities for publication or website use by Global Missions.  

6. I trust that Global Missions staff and volunteers will make every effort to provide a safe and supportive environment for all attendees, including children. I understand that safety and health guidelines will be strictly followed. I acknowledge that Global Missions staff and/or volunteers reserve the right to dismiss any attendee, including children, who, in their judgment, poses a risk to the safety or well-being of others.  

7. Reporting of Abuse: Global Missions is committed to the safety and well-being of all attendees, especially children. Any incidents or suspicions of abuse, whether physical or sexual, must be reported immediately to the appropriate local authorities. Global Missions staff and volunteers are trained to respond appropriately and will cooperate fully with law enforcement and child protection agencies in addressing any such reports.
